A custom home built from the ground up on a lakeside lot, with the design and the build run by the same team from first drawing to handover.
The house had the windows but not the plan to make use of them. Reworking the layout let daylight reach further into the floor.
A restrained, warm palette keeps the rooms feeling open without the flatness that can come with an all-white renovation.
