A custom home built from the ground up on a lakeside lot, with the design and the build run by the same team from first drawing to handover.
The kitchen was too small for how the family cooked and gathered, so the first floor was reorganised to give it the footprint it needed.
Finishes were chosen to feel settled rather than new, keeping the character of the house while the layout underneath it changed considerably.
